How do I place an order?

There are several ways you can place your order with us.  Our Customer Service Team is here Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.  Call us at (800) 825-7701, print our Order Form and fax us at (941) 727-7986, or print, scan & email. (info@encompasunlimited.com).

After I order, how long does it take to receive my products?

We are committed to getting your products to you as soon as possible.  If your order is received by 4 p.m. EST it will normally ship that same day.  Orders received after 4 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.  We offer Next Day Air Service, Second Day Air and UPS Ground shipping.  Just let us know when you need your products and we will get them to you the best way possible.

Do you take credit card payments?

Yes we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Can I get product samples?

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
